With over twelve years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Matt loves developing teams and systems that create high-quality spaces and win-win solutions. He’s also a photographer and passionate about human development.

Chip Hogsed

Chip certainly knows how to swing a hammer, but what brings him the most joy is seeing a really happy customer, his crews happy, and his tool belt perfectly organized. But you’ll probably remember him most for the laughing and singing.

Joy’s deep and broad experience in designing places and experiences elevates the performance of a space as well as the enjoyment of it. She’s big on regenerative design and the art and science of flourishing.
